TCIP Insurance
It is a type of insurance that is under state control after the Marmara earthquake that occurred on 17 August 1999 and includes a compulsory provision.
Compulsory Earthquake Insurance covers the material damages directly caused by earthquake and earthquake-induced fire, explosion, tsunami and landslide in cash within the limits specified in your policy
Your building is covered even if it is completely or partially damaged.

Foundations
Main walls
Common walls separating independent sections
Garden walls
Retaining walls
Ceilings and floors
Stairs
Elevators
Landings
Corridors
Roofs
Chimneys
Supplementary parts of the structure of a similar nature to the above
