As a ship repairer, you may be legally liable for damage to the ship under your care, damage to the property of third parties and death or personal injury. This insurance protects you against such liabilities, including liability for third party costs and expenses up to an agreed limit, arising from your negligence or the negligence of your employees, agents and subcontractors.
