PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY INSURANCE


Subject of the Insurance
With this insurance contract, while the insured performs a professional activity specified in the policy whose boundaries are defined by the relevant parties by specifying the subject matter coverage is provided up to the amount specified in the contract, including reasonable expenses related to the claim up to the amount specified in the contract,

a) against damages arising as a result of an event occurring during the contract period and the compensation of which is claimed during or
b) after the contract period in accordance with the liability provisions, or against claims that can only be asserted against the insured during the contract period due to an event that occurred before the contract was made or while the contract was in force.The parties may conclude a contract to include one of the subparagraphs (a) and (b) or both of them.
