Scope
With this clause issued in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of Professional Liability Insurance published in the Official Gazette dated 16 March 2006 and numbered 26110, the insurer may, subject to the conditions in the contract, pay the indemnity amounts to be paid by the insured due to the damage caused by the insured while performing the professional activity specified in the policy and, if agreed;
a) Trial expenses and attorney's fees,
b) The SSI premium, tax, tax penalty, late fee and default interest to be paid by the insured due to joint and several liability, within the limits specified in the policy.
The period determined as two years in article "B.1. Realisation of the Risk" of the General Terms and Conditions of Professional Liability Insurance is applied as five years for the professional activity covered by this clause. However, the parties may agree on a longer period.

Conditions Excluded from Coverage
Without prejudice to the provisions of article "A.3. Exclusions from Coverage" of the General Terms and Conditions of Professional Liability Insurance, damages that may arise as a result of not preserving or misusing trade or industrial secrets are excluded from coverage.

General Terms and Conditions of Professional Liability Insurance
Without prejudice to the provisions of the article "A.4 Conditions Excluded from Coverage, Claims for Compensation and Payments unless otherwise agreed" of the General Terms and Conditions of Professional Liability Insurance;
Compensation claims that may be made under laws other than the legislation of the Republic of Turkey,
Compensation claims that may arise from the wilful acts of persons for whose acts the insured is responsible,

- Claims for damages arising from the failure to complete legal documentation within the timeframes stipulated in existing laws and regulations - Claims for damages arising from any opinion or recommendation regarding software or hardware, - Claims arising from the activities carried out by the insured in the capacity of a trustee or other similar capacity are excluded from the coverage unless agreed otherwise.
