Documents related to other receivables such as premiums, bonuses, etc. earned by the personnel who committed the offence from the date of employment until the date of the incident
Accounting records and documents showing the embezzled amount
Document / notice of dismissal of the offending personnel
Documents and information regarding the deductions made from the personnel who committed the offence and/or the amount received from the account / in cash.
