Independent Audit Reports for three years prior to the date of loss
Accounting Documents
Balance Sheets and Income Statements for the three years preceding the date of loss (submitted to the Tax Office)
Provisional Tax Declarations and their appendices for the three years preceding the date of damage Income Statements and detailed general trial balances with costs as incurred
Monthly non-transferable (non-cumulative) detailed general trial balances for the three years preceding the date of loss
Detailed general trial balances on a monthly basis for 1 year retrospective to the date of the damage without transfer (non-cumulative)
Value Added Tax Declarations for the three years prior to the date of damage
Planning and Cost Documents (Management Accounting Documents)
Information about which production cost system was used in the damaged machines as of the date of damage and documents of this cost system
Detailed stock lists related to production, if not available, non-accounting lists Volume-profit analyses of machines as of the date of damage
Inventories at the beginning of the period, detailed lists of units and amounts of inventories as of the beginning and end of the damage date (detailed trial balances)
Detailed lists of actual stock counts for the three years preceding the date of damage
