Hazardous Substances and Hazardous Waste
This product guarantees the liability of real and legal persons engaged in the collection, transport, temporary and interim storage, recovery, reuse and disposal activities of hazardous wastes within the scope of the Environmental Law No. 2872 against material and bodily damages incurred by third parties as a result of accidents that may occur in the performance of their professional activities.

Hazardous Substances and Hazardous Waste - Highlights
It provides coverage against damages caused by hazardous substances (petrol, petroleum products, bottled gas, chemicals, paint, etc...) used by businesses during their activities.
It is a compulsory policy.

Compulsory Liability for Hazardous Substances
It covers the liabilities of those who produce, store, transport and sell flammable, combustible and explosive substances for bodily and material damages to be incurred by third parties, whether or not they are at fault, as a result of events that may be directly caused by these substances due to their professional activities, within the limits written in the policy.
Losses and damages arising from the explosion, gas leakage or fire of an LPG cylinder kept for use in a workplace covered by Hazardous Substances Liability Insurance are covered within the scope of the Cylinder Gas Liability Insurance.

Hazardous Substances and Hazardous Waste Compulsory Financial Liability Insurance
This insurance covers the liabilities of real and legal persons engaged in the production, storage, transport, sale and use of all kinds of flammable, combustible, explosive and caustic substances in the form of natural or synthetic, solid, liquid or gaseous, and third parties, whether or not they are at fault, within the limits specified in the policy, against material and bodily damages arising from accidents that may occur in the performance of professional activities of real and legal persons engaged in the collection, transport, temporary and interim storage, recycling, reuse and disposal of hazardous wastes within the scope of the Environmental Law dated 9/8/1983 and numbered 2872.
